👋🏼👋🏼 HELLO!! 👋🏼👋🏼
I've made lots of new cookie friends recently, so I thought it was the perfect time to re-introduce myself! (AND I have a pretty exciting announcement coming, so make sure to read till the end 😉)
I'm Courtney, the head cookie lady and owner of Coco's Confections. I specialize in adding a little joy to the world by creating custom sugar cookies for all of your special occasions and teaching cookie decorating workshops so you can learn to make your very own (delicious) works of cookie art!
When I'm not busy making your cookie dreams come true, you can usually find me at Barre3 East Lansing, lounging at a pool, having drinks on one of Lansing's many patios with my besties (Zoobie's Old Town Tavern and Looking Glass Brewing Co. are a couple faves), or hanging out at home with my husband, our adult kids, and our 17-year old dog, Rocky.
I'm an MSU Grad, love Dave Matthews Band, am a certified Bravo-holic, can perform the Hamilton musical from start to finish, and have officially started my transformation into a bird-lady (because I don't know how to play Mahjong and I'm not into weighted vests 😆🤷♀️)
You'll find me all summer long at the Bridge + Main Market Outdoor events as well as the occasional pop up at my favorite local coffee spot, TIN CUP Cafe.
Thanks so much for coming along on this journey with me! I never envisioned this path for myself, but after more than 5 years as your neighborhood cookie lady, I can't imaging doing anything else 🥰💞
