rice balls (V)
mixed green salad w/ snap peas + vinaigrette (V)
lettuce wraps w/ slow-roasted pork shoulder or jackfruit + mushrooms (V)
zucchini + summer squash w/ garlic scapes (V)
sautéed amaranth greens w/ sesame (V)
marinated spicy purslane w/ gochugaru (V)
BeBe’s ube + strawberry cake
chocolate + berry tart w/ walnut crust (V/gf option available)

Open 6-10pm! Weather is looking crazy so we will try to bring plenty of ways to hydrate, but prepare for a HOT+HUMID one.

Spring clean-up this Saturday, 5/30 from 10a-2p!

Come thru to help us w**d, clean up the wood pile, burn brush, spread wood chips and give the space a little extra love.

Bring a water bottle! Optional items to bring: work gloves, hand tools for gardening, a wheelbarrow, pitchforks, rakes and shovels. We will be providing water, coffee, drinks, snacks and some tools. Around 1pm we’ll be firing up the grill for a little BBQ, too.

Charred peppers stuffed w/ goat cheese or herb tofu “cheese” ({v}/gf)
Tang yuan: chewy rice balls filled w/ black sesame + chocolate or black sesame, sunflower butter + coconut in a sweet ginger broth (v/gf)
