Join us for the longest day of the year!

This Sunday, June 21, is the summer solstice, which means we're hosting our annual follow-the-light Solstice Dinner.

This is one of the rare nights when we open the farm gates and invite you into that part of the story β€” a chance to see the quiet work shaping what appears on our plates.

After a walk through the fields and a welcome drink, we’ll head back to Coriander for a five-course menu built around this precise moment on the farm.

The weird thing about the Solstice Dinner is that we think of abundance: the temps are up, the light is long, and the fields are green.

But it's still really early in the growing season. Things are starting to explode, but we're really only harvesting the first blush of what's to come.

Chef Ali gets to lean into those delicate flavors and herbs that are abundant right now. She makes magic with Farmer Gwen's produce!

🌱 Welcome drink on the Farm. (I'm seeing our GM and AGM testing things that involve a field sprayer πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ Gonna be fun!)

🌱 Rhubarb-strawberry jello with whipped goat cheese in pretzel crust

🌱 Asparagus, snap pea and crab salad with tarragon.
Vegetarians will enjoy mushroom duxelle with asparagus and pea in a buckwheat crepe

🌱 Grilled halloumi topped with mentuccia pesto, garlic scapes and charred lemon

🌱 Grilled monkfish wrapped in local grapeleaf with the season's first zucchini and quinoa tabouli
Vegetarian guests will enjoy marinated giant white beans with the zucchini and tabouli

🌱 Strawberry buttermilk ice cream with basil-lemon shortbread

Vegetarian and GF restrictions can be accomodated.

$120 per guest includes:

GRILLED CHEESE MONDAY is going open-face this week and showing off all that early-summer goodness.​​​​​​​​

This week's sammie has basil goat cheese, strawberries, asparagus, taleggio fonduta, and a balsamic drizzle.​​​​​​​​

Did you know fonduta is just Italian for cheese sauce? We didn't either until Chef Ali told us this morning. And taleggio is a mild semi-soft Italian cheese. ​​​​​​​​

Karen and Ryan looking like movie stars on our wedding Captain’s Service will never stop making us jealous.

And oh, the signs of a great party that we walked into the next morning. Epic!

As we prepare to close today (June 13) for another wedding celebration, we’re taking a little walk down memory lane and thinking about all the couples who’ve trusted us with their love stories over the years.

We never get tired of it.
