Tonight, I’m filled with gratitude. I was honored to be recognized by the Detroit Historical Museum, and it’s hard to put into words what that means.

What we’ve built at Detroit Sip has never been about one person. It’s been about community, connection, and creating a space where people feel seen. None of this happens without an incredible staff, loyal customers, and so many people who believed in the vision from day one.

To know that our story will now be part of Detroit’s history is something I’ll never take for granted. Thank you to everyone who has supported this journey. The grind continues.

Congratulations to every nominee and awardee, it’s an honor to be in such great company.
