Like cheese sticks. Ours are made in house with aged brick cheese, weigh in at a very reasonable 2 oz. each 😂 and, well… look at that pull.

We’ve been working on this one for a long time, and we’re so happy to finally welcome you in.

We set out to build the kind of neighborhood pizza place we always wished existed. The kind of place that feels a little familiar the first time you walk in, where you immediately feel welcome. Grab a booth, order a pizza and a root beer on tap, settle in with your friends or family and stay awhile.

We spent months working on our Detroit-style pizza, but we had just as much fun with the rest of the menu. Whole chicken wings, a really good burger, housemade aged brick cheese sticks, pepperoni balls and the kind of old-school favorites you grew up with, made from scratch with really good ingredients.

Mostly, we wanted Unc’s to feel warm, easy and welcoming. A place for really good food, good company and where there’s always a spot for you.

We’re finally here. Come see us in Capitol Park.
