Cookie dough ice cream usually means vanilla base, dough chunks, done. Ours starts with brown butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and a toasty edge made possible by the infusion of toasted oats. It then gets loaded with dough chunks and chocolate flecks until the line between dough and ice cream disappears. Yep. It kills.
