Hey there, it's been a while! But we're thankful our lives are kinda going back to normal- and this sun has got us craving our frozen treats!
**Flavor of the Week** “Green Eyed Lady”- We may be biased, but this is the BEST pistachio ice cream we've had in the states! Made with real pistachio pieces and a consistency you can't get anywhere else-this is the real deal!
Our personal favorite, this frozen treat has the perfect amount of sweetness and has an intense nuttiness without being overpowering, this treat can be enjoyed scoop after scoop!
Fun fact: In the single version, which is all you'll hear on the radio and also in most compilation albums, the song length is about three and a half minutes. The album version is extended to seven minutes for Corbetta's lengthy - but dazzling - organ solo.

What is gelato?
