If you like fish and grits and all that… IYKYK.

Butterflied Choctawhatchee Bay mullet. Bacon cheddar grits.

Almost the most Panhandle dish there is.

Triggerfish. Porgies. Red snapper. Mullet.

Basically, if it swims around here, we’re probably trying to figure out how to put it on a plate.

The Wagyu Burger

9 Line Full-Blood Wagyu. Caramelized onions. Roasted mushrooms. Raclette. House mustard. Mighty Mayo. Challah bun. Beef-tallow fries.

We change the menu a lot around here, but don’t worry, this one isn’t going anywhere anytime soon.

Some have called it the best burger in the world.
We’ll leave that one up to you.

And yes, the ketchup comes in a paper cup. Because fries just taste better that way. A little nostalgic. Definitely not pretentious.

Just a damn good burger and fries.

Friday, September 25th, we change the menu.

We’re not saying goodbye to everything you know and love. Just see you later.

This next menu is going to look a little different.

More intentional. More in the moment. Built around what our farmers, fishermen and producers have available right now.

That also means the menu won’t sit still.

Some dishes may stay for a while. Others might only be here for a week. Some may change from one day to the next.

Less about creating a menu and leaving it alone.

More about cooking the best food we can with what’s in front of us.

New menu begins Friday, September 25th.

This Thursday, September 24, our Passport Series takes us to the Dominican Republic.

Chef Ana Mesa, better known as Mama, is taking over the kitchen for a night of Dominican food and culture.

Sancocho. La Bandera. Mangú. Tostones. Mamajuana. Presidente. And plenty more.

Come hungry. Leave your passport at home.

The beef market is changing, and so are we.

With imported beef beginning to filter into our normal supply chain and packing houses continuing to put pressure on beef prices, we had a decision to make.

For us, it came down to more than price. It came down to knowing what we’re serving and knowing who raised it.

Going forward, all beef featured on our dinner menu will come from 9 Line Farms Fullblood Wagyu in Bonifay, Florida.

Our burger has featured their beef for years. Now we’re going all in.

Their cattle are born and raised right here in the Florida Panhandle. We know the ranchers. We know their operation. We know the quality of what they produce. That matters to us.

Supporting local agriculture isn’t just a quality decision. It’s a decision about what kind of food system we want to be part of and who we want to stand beside.

Good People & Good Cows.

That’s beef we’re proud to put on your plate.

We’re throwing an old fashioned Destin get together.
Saturday, October 24th, we’re pulling the fryers outside and having a fish fry.
Fresh local mullet, cheese grits, collard greens and hush puppies. All you can eat.
$35 adults
$15 kids 12 & under
$5 brown bag beers
We wanted this to feel like what it is. Neighbors getting together, eating good food and celebrating a little bit of the Destin we grew up around.
We’re also proud to have 20% of ticket sales benefiting Westonwood Ranch and the work they do for individuals with autism in our community.

Fish & Chips, the Bitterroot way.

Fresh Choctawhatchee Bay mullet, butterflied whole and pan seared until the skin is crisp. Brown butter, garlic, capers and herbs, with beef tallow fries on the side.

We keep saying mullet deserves a place back on the Panhandle table.

So we're putting it there.
