Is it just me or is it kinda warm outside? I’m up doing prep work and shopping for a client. Her event is Saturday. I’m sleeping in Sunday😉.

I’ve been busy today. The last batch of Stuffed Turkey Legs is out for delivery and I’m sold out. Thanks to all my clients for your support. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. The Hennessy bbq sauce glazed and the Bourbon Bacon Sauce glazed were a big hit as well. Well time to rest and call it a day. Might have to add these to the menu. Stay tuned 😉✌🏾

Tartar Sauce is ready, time to clean the shrimp and season the catfish. Can somebody heat the oil for me?🤷🏾‍♂️
