This weeks Tumeas Taste Feature

🍋LIMONCELLO 🍋

Limoncello is a traditional Italian lemon liqueur that originated in Southern Italy, especially around Sorrento, Capri, and the Amalfi Coast. Made by steeping lemon peels in alcohol and adding sugar and water, it’s known for its bright, sweet citrus flavor.

Traditionally served ice-cold after a meal, limoncello has become an Italian favorite enjoyed in many different ways.

At Tumea & Sons, we make our limoncello homemade, carrying on that Italian tradition right here in Des Moines. While you can enjoy it on its own, and in many other ways, our most popular way to serve it is in a Limoncello Martini! 🍋🍸
