At Spud Lovers Potatoes, we take pride in providing quality food and excellent service. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of prepared food, all sales are final once the order has been prepared and delivered or picked up.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:
• The issue is reported immediately upon delivery or pickup
• The food is uneaten and returned in full
• The issue is verified by Spud Lovers Potatoes at the time of return

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of Spud Lovers Potatoes.

No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
• The food was prepared as ordered
• The customer changes their mind
• The complaint is made after the food has been accepted
• More than a reasonable amount of time has passed
• The food has been consumed or tampered with
• Payment disputes are initiated instead of direct communication

Public Commentary & Conduct Clause

Once a customer or any associated party makes negative, defamatory, or disparaging comments about Spud Lovers Potatoes—whether online, in person, or on social media—all refund eligibility is immediately void.

We do not issue refunds under threats, harassment, public bashing, or attempts to damage our business reputation.

Payment Methods

Only approved payment methods are accepted. Customers are responsible for ensuring payment is sent correctly. Spud Lovers Potatoes is not responsible for disputes arising from third-party payment errors.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Any chargeback, payment reversal, or public dispute automatically forfeits the right to a refund and may result in refusal of future service.

Right to Refuse Service

Spud Lovers Potatoes reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior.
