Not everything needed a refresh.

This rock has been here longer than any of us, through Rock Bar nights, through decades of Colfax stories, through every version this space has taken on.

We never could’ve covered it up and started from scratch. The best rooms don't forget where they've come from.

So we kept it. Built around it. Let it hold the room down while everything else found a new rhythm.

Some people hang art on the walls. We built shelves for ours.

Our wine racks are a living collection of bottles we’ve chased down, argued over, fallen in love with. Old world, new producers, things you know, things you don’t (yet).

It’s not meant to be precious. It’s meant to be opened, passed around, talked about over a table that’s already a little too full.

Take a look, ask questions, pick something you’ve never had. That’s kind of the point.

This room has history.

Before FiNO, it was Rock Bar—an iconic Denver spot known for long nights, loud music, and a kind of energy you couldn’t manufacture. The kind of place where stories were made, and maybe a few were forgotten.

When we took over the space, we didn’t want to wipe that away. Spaces like this carry something with them.
So we opened it up. Let the light in. Built something new within what was already here.

The carpet’s gone (IYKYK). The rock stayed.

Now it’s a different kind of night—but the spirit of the room is still very much alive.
