To our loyal fans and customers,
A little over 4 years ago, we opened our shop that you love today. Back then we were extremely determined and ready to take on the challenge that was building SNOWLAB from the ground up. There were fears and anxieties that overcame us as we went through with our journey. How are we going to market this product? What if the customers hate it? We had our doubts. However, after seeing all of the love and support received from our customers over the past few years, we knew that SNOWLAB would be the start of something great. Before we knew it, a simple, "Hey, I think we can do this," turned into a fully-operational dairy-free shaved ice cream shop.
Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and SNOWLAB is no different. Our last day will be this Saturday, November 9th.
It has been an amazing 4 years with even more amazing customers. It was a pleasure introducing and serving you our shaved snow and other products. To the strangers who became family, the people who were ready to try something new, and the regulars who made SNOWLAB a crucial part of their life, thank you. We were truly blessed with the best customers.
Our interactions and conversations will always remain in the heart and memory of SNOWLAB.
From those who came in not knowing what we do but still tried anyways,
To those who drove 50+ miles from Silverthorne, Aspen, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Cheyenne, and anywhere else across the nation,
To those who had a really bad day but told us their product truly uplifts their mood,
To those who went to Taiwan for vacation but derailed their leisure plans to help us find a specific part to fix our ice shaver,
To those who made it a part of their family and picked up shaved snow to deliver it to the hospital to their grandma as a last dying wish (this one hit us hard),
And to those who have helped us by joining the team and/or supporting us endlessly,
We truly value each and every one of you and all of your stories. Thank you so much for supporting us the last 4 years and being a part of our lives and family. We would love to hear more stories below if you have any.
We've had our ups and down but it was all worth it because of all of you. There would have been no SNOWLAB if it weren't for everyone's love and support. We hope to see you for one last time during this week. For now, this is goodbye but we hope to see you again one day in the future.
