Yesterday was a truly heartbreaking day for our industry and our community. Our Thirsty Monk Denver location is closed until further notice. Please support local breweries and restaurants who are offering to go services during this time of crisis.

A statement from Thirsty Monk CEO Barry Bialik:

With the most heavy of hearts, Thirsty Monk is having to close our taproom dining areas and reduce our team as we transition to To Go and Pickup Only at our Asheville locations. We’ve also had to close our Denver and Portland taprooms, as well as Top of the Monk and Monk's Flask cocktail bars.

This is clearly one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make in my life. I believe we can all remain strong and rely on our inner grit to get
through this together. My hope is that we will emerge wiser and more resilient on the other side of this world crisis.

Please continue to support all the other area restaurants and breweries by ordering takeout and pickup. We remain optimistic that we will be through difficult time sooner than later and we can bring our Monk teammates back to work and reopen our taprooms and breweries.
