🍺 OKTOBERFEST IS COMING, BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE ALLYN BAR CO.

And apparently, I’ve found my Dirndl!

We’re getting ready to raise a stein and celebrate Oktoberfest the Allyn way.

Our guests can look forward to cold Prost b**r pouring from the Piaggio, brats hot off the grill, German-inspired sides, a stein-holding contest, dirndls & lederhosen, and a celebratory 3 PM shot. 🍻

And because apparently simply hosting Oktoberfest wasn’t enough, I became part of the décor.

Great drinks. Great people. A little ridiculousness.

That’s our kind of event. Prost! 🇩🇪🍺

The Allyn Bar Co. started with an idea.

I saw an opportunity in the private event and hospitality space to do something a little different—something that made hosting easier, felt personal, and was genuinely fun for guests.

So I sourced, designed, and imported a Piaggio Ape from Italy, turning this little three-wheeled truck into a six-tap mobile bar. And honestly, seeing it show up at weddings, graduations, backyard parties, and celebrations all over Colorado has been pretty incredible.

But the truck is really only part of what we do.

One of my favorite parts is sitting down with clients and figuring out what they actually want to drink. We can make the bar completely yours—cocktails, mocktails, local b**r, w**e, or a little bit of everything.

I’m TIPS-certified, and through our relationships with Denver Distillery, Empourium Brewery, and now Spirit Hound Distillers, we can help with preferred pricing, tastings, and finding some fantastic local options for your event.

You bring the people. We’ll figure out the drinks. 🍸

We still have some room on the 2026 calendar, so I’m offering 15% off any 2026 event booked by September 30.

Wedding? Birthday? Backyard party? Corporate event? Or just a really good reason to get everyone together? Send me a message. I’d love to hear what you’re planning.

Serving local. Elevating events. Simplifying entertainment.

POV: You volunteered to host the party and suddenly you’re making three Costco runs, buying 150lbs of ice, mixing drinks, and somehow missing the entire event. 😅🍹

That’s where we come in.

✨ Curated cocktails & mocktails
🍺 Local b**r and spirits
🚚 A vintage Piaggio Ape bar truck
🤝 Professional service so you can actually enjoy your guests

We handle the bar. You handle the memories.

Tag the friend who’s always stuck behind the drink table instead of on the dance floor. 👇

The perfect party doesn't happen by accident.

It starts with a plan, thoughtful preparation, great hospitality, and the freedom to simply enjoy the people around you.

At The Allyn Bar Co., we take care of the details so you can focus on the moments that matter most.

1. Planning
2. Prepping
3. Serving
4. Hosting

From custom cocktail menus and local Colorado craft partners to ice, garnishes, TIPS-certified bartenders, and seamless setup, we handle the beverage experience from start to finish.

Because the best compliment we can receive is hearing: "I actually got to enjoy my own party."

Cheers,

Love was on tap this weekend. 🥂✨

The Allyn Bar Co. had the privilege of celebrating David & Teresa’s wedding at Wee Casa with handcrafted cocktails from Denver Distillery , local b**r from the great Sara & Greg The Empourium Brewing Company , and plenty of good vibes and a corn hole tournament!

From the High Plains Bloom to the Bourbon Arnold Palmer, every pour was made to help tell their story and bring people together.

Beautiful venue. Amazing guests. One unforgettable celebration.

Congratulations, David & Teresa. Cheers to forever. ❤️
