How Tias Taqueria came to be!

My dad grew up in a small town in Mexico, and when he had me and my sister - the “tías” - we were lucky enough to grow up with his traditions.

Opening a location in Denver has always been a dream. We’ve missed the restaurant we built in California for years, and bringing those same flavors and memories here felt right.

The support from this neighborhood has honestly overwhelmed us. Thank you for welcoming our family and allowing us to share our traditions with you. We’re so grateful ❤️
