Most brunch dishes fit neatly into a category: toast, scramble, benedict, hash. Chef Focaccia Strata doesn’t really belong to any of them & we’re (more than) okay with that 🍳✨
Layers of focaccia, rosemary maitake mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, fennel, gruyère mornay, chive-fresno chimichurri & of course, a fried egg, that somehow feel both nostalgic & completely new ❣️
