Sept. 3 and 4, over 20 chefs flown in from Japan for an authentic Yatai food festival with sake, cocktails, beer, music and more.

Plus, it’s a fundraiser benefiting this year. Since 2016, we’ve donated over $300,000 to humanitarian organizations.

Meet our new Genkai Roll.
Fished from the Genkai Sea at the northern coast of Fukuoka and southwestern tip of the Sea of Japan, the hamachi, tuna and white fish are exceptional. Secret is the Shiso and Masago! On the “Catch of the Day” menu for a limited time.

Happy Valentine's Day! We are opening our doors today 1 hour early (Wed. Feb. 14 only) at 4:00 PM for Walk-in guests only, no reservations possible! We hope this will ease the wait for later times. All 3 of our restaurants on South Pearl St., Sushi Den, Izakaya Den and OTOTO Den will be welcoming Walk-in guests today at 4:00 PM!

New Year, New Hours! Starting this Monday, January 22, Izakaya Den will be open Tuesday-Saturday nights. See below for opening hours.

Sushi Den will be open 7 nights a week! Izakaya Den and OTOTO Den will be open 5 nights a week. Here are the New Hours for all of our restaurants.

New Hours Start Monday, January 22:

Izakaya Den - Open 5 nights a week
• Tue-Thurs: 5:00-9:00 pm
• Fri-Sat: 4:30-9:30 pm
• Sun-Mon: Closed

Sushi Den - Open 7 nights a week
• Mon-Thurs: 5:00-9:30 pm
• Fri-Sat: 4:30-10:00 pm
• Sun: 4:30-9:00 pm

OTOTO - Open 5 nights a week
• Wed-Thurs: 4:30-9:30 pm
• Fri-Sat: 4:30-9:30 pm
• Sun: 4:30-9:00 pm

Big news! Beginning Sunday 11.12, Izakaya Den will offer reservations exclusively for Izakaya Den via Open Table.
Sushi Den's reservation system will be separate and its guests enter at Sushi Den's front door.
Expect shorter lines and more reservation slots.

Happy Labor Day Weekend! OTOTO Den will be closed September 4, 5, & 6 as OTOTO kitchen and space will be hosting the kitchen and prep space for the guest chefs for our Annual Rooftop Party. This year we are raising funds for Hunger Free Colorado and World Central Kitchen Maui. OTOTO NORMAL HOURS RESUME ON Thursday, September 7!

Sushi Den and Izakaya Den are open normal hours throughout the Rooftop Party this week.

Tickets now on sale for our 2023 Summer Rooftop Party September 5 & 6! Our yearly rooftop party features Japanese street food from 25 Japanese chefs flying in from various regions of Japan. Takes place on the roof of Sushi Den parking garage, come rain or shine! Details and tickets: https://www.sushiden.net/rooftop/

In between juggling bowls of steaming ramen, hand rolls, and Yatai (Japanese street food), you can enjoy award-winning sakes, Japanese spirits-inspired cocktails, international wines, and beers from some of Colorado’s finest breweries. Mingle and dance to the live band playing oldies from the 60s-70s, and sample authentic Japanese street food. And it’s all for a good cause! Our non-profit partner this year is Hunger Free Colorado.
