With deep regret, we want to share that Bombay Clay Oven is closing.
From the very beginning, we believed deeply in this concept and poured our hearts into building a place that served bold flavors, warm hospitality, and our community. It has truly been an honor to cook for you, welcome you in, and be part of the Colfax neighborhood.
Over the years, a series of challenges — including rising costs, the lasting impacts of the pandemic, and most recently the ongoing Colfax Bus Rapid Transit construction and loss of street parking — have made it increasingly difficult to sustain the business. Despite our best efforts and continued investment, we’ve reached a point where we can no longer continue operations.
This decision was not made lightly. We are incredibly thankful to our loyal customers, our dedicated team members, and everyone who supported us along the way. Your encouragement, kind words, and repeat visits meant more to us than we can express.
Thank you for being part of our journey, and we will always be thankful for the memories shared here.
