Introducing the Strawberry Rhubarb Pavlova. 🍓
Crafted with strawberry rhubarb curd, chantilly cream, blackberry coulis and maple cardamom almonds, this dessert is inspired by Elliot Newman, who recently won 1st place at the 2026 Redefining Dessert Competition. Contestants were challenged to create their own dessert and our very own Pastry Chef, Erin Kuklinski, was a judge.
