We've got some good news, and some bad, and we ask that you all share it. Please.

Good news is: We've looked at 3 different bars/locations in the past month. Great spots to bring you the Rocky Flats Lounge atmosphere you remember, but can't be duplicated, in the Denver area. Also, we have more and more people interested in, and messaging us, the real Rocky Flats Lounge - wanting to be part of our "community"...

Bad news: we have some people tagging us in google photos, fb photos, etc.. photos that put us, Rocky Flats Lounge back at our old location on highway 93. Let us be clear... that is not us, WE ARE NOT ON HWY 93 ANYMORE. That is someone completely different, using a VERY similar name. They have absolutely no affiliation with us or our 30+ year WI style history, NONE. Plain and simple. We left that location for very serious reasons. Please do not tag us on hwy 93. If you see us tagged on hwy 93, we can't stress this enough, do not believe it is us. That is a business that is using a very similar name.. IT IS NOT US AND WILL NEVER BE US.

Can you relate to this?.... imagine if this group also stole her songs, and tried stealing her fans. Then, imagine if they also tried deceiving everyone that they were the original "Lady A"... this woman's name, along with all of her hard work for decades would be taken from her. Her fans would be wronged as well.... imagine if this happened to you.

People's ideas, livelihoods, and property are stolen every day. They work hard for years, decades, to create something that has meaning and someone comes along passing it off as if they were the ones who came up with it. They capitalize off someone else's lifelong work. Most times, the victim isn't compensated at all. Worse yet, sometimes the victim has to watch this all unfold in front of their very eyes. It affects them, their families, their friends. It's wrong, plain and simple.

In this country, you have the great liberty of making your own choices. Where you go, what you purchase, who you support, etc.. But in our opinion, if you choose to support these fake types, you're helping to continue this type of theft.

Sometimes this theft is done unknowingly, but most times it's deliberately. At times, it's obviously deliberate. How these types of people sleep at night is beyond us. We consider these types to be cowards.

Support those that deserve it, those that are real. Support those that work hard to build something special, not those that copy, steal, and take advantage of other's accomplishments.

Again, imagine if this happened to you.
