Originally, we set out to create a restaurant that crafts clean, delicious fare with sustainable, nutritious ingredients. Yet, as our conversations around the restaurant continued, we saw that we valued more than just food. We have now created a place where people can share life just as easily as they can share a meal. We have incorporated the values that spurred our evolution into every plate of

First and foremost, we provide nutrient-dense, calorie-sparse food through our restaurant. We also sponsor healthy activities like yoga groups and running clubs to inspire a healthier way of living. WE VALUE OUR FAMILIES
We have set up a program called the ‘Honor Academy’ to invest in our employees and to cultivate a healthy and meaningful work environment. WE VALUE OUR COMMUNITIES
We are deeply rooted in building up community garden programs and we are investing in youth through outreach programs at schools to give back to the people who have given us so much. At Honor Society we acknowledge the impact that food sourcing has on our health, our planet, and our society. That is why we take careful consideration of what’s in our food, where it comes from, and how it’s been treated. We primarily serve seasonal fare that is prepared from scratch daily in our kitchen and skillfully attended to by our chef. Every item is prepared with simplicity, nutritionally balanced, respectful of our environment, and sourced as close to our restaurant location as feasible. We don’t cover our food in sauces and overpower it with seasoning to make it good. Instead, we make our food the way food should be: nutritionally dense, calorie sparse, nourishing, and delicious. We at Honor Society are invested in more than just healthy food. A healthy community and environment is just as important to us. We’re one of the first restaurants in Denver as well as one of the few restaurants in the world to achieve the prestigious LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Platinum Status from the U.S. Green Building Council, which certifies that we put our values into everything we do from the ground up. We partner with vendors who share our values, we invest in the education of our staff both inside and outside the workplace, and we invest in local charities that support healthy living through schools and community gardens. From every building block to the outside world, it’s our mission to make a positive impression on the communities we call home.
