As the holidays arrive this week, I want to extend my sincere thanks for an unforgettable first year at Baumé.
Creating and serving fine desserts, pastries, and champagne in the Great Hall at Denver Union Station has been a true privilege. Conceiving of these fine pastries has always been a passion for me. Seeing our guests delight in our creations is about connection, generosity, and celebrating moments worth remembering. Your enthusiasm, curiosity, and joy—whether reserving space for a date with bubbles and a delicate pastry or stopping by for a sweet moment worth savoring—have brought my vision to life.
We are deeply grateful to have shared this inaugural year with you in such a remarkable place, and we look forward to welcoming you back for many more celebrations to come.
