Hey everyone, Chef Josh Bitz here. I wanted to share with you the next chapter of my culinary career.
Made a big move to Texas nine months ago to start our new business. My fiancé and I converted a freestanding garage into a gluten-free commercial kitchen for catering, and to produce our line of plant based sauces. It took time to navigate through all the red tape but we’re almost finished with the process. Here’s a little preview of things to come - like and follow our page to see what we’re up to next.
