Surprise tapping, today (Sun 8/30)…Boltsteiner, Fest Bier Lager.

Beware the undead beer w***h! Its spooky season meets beer season. 

Deep gold, lightly toasted, bread doughy, and crisp as the Fall air, with just a hint of candied citrus from the German Mandarina Bavaria hops. We’ll drink to that!!

We’ve got Taco Daddy pop-up today with FREE TACOS with pint purchase. Tacos and Oktoberfest beers?!? I’ll drink to that!

Paella on the Patio, this Friday at 6pm!

The infamous guys from ultreia are back and alex.thoele.music is providing the ambiance.

After crushing it at our Pintxos Party and Fish Fries, they’re bringing the big pans out for another Spanish feast at Diebolt Brewing.

They’ll be cooking up giant pans of sizzling, savory paella right on the patio, while we keep the cold beers flowing.

Alex Thoele will be keeping the vibes high with some killer tunes and witty anecdotes. It’s like music and comedy.

Come grab a plate, grab a pint, soak up some sunshine, and pretend you’re spending the afternoon in Spain instead of Sunnyside.

These Fresh Hops never saw it coming!

It’s the funnest brewing season of the year…Oktoberfest beer, pumpkin ales, and of course, Fresh Hops!!

We’re brewing up another batch of one of our most unique seasonals, Chile Hop Squasher. This year we’re dropping the ABV slightly, we went with 50lbs of Chinook Fresh Hops from Billy Goat Hop Farm , 160lbs of squash, and we’ll tie it all together with some fire-roasted chile peppers in secondary.

It’s a Harvest Pale Ale that celebrates the cornucopia of flavors that a Colorado Fall has to offer.

Keep your eyes peeled for this one at our Anniversary Party, September 18th - 20th.

Splash Bash/Yacht Rock is going down now!!

We got Shuck Brothers in the house serving up fresh shucked oysters, lobster rolls, and peel and eat shrimp from 1-6pm.

DJ Copter is on the decks playing that smooth yacht rock from 2-6pm.

The kiddie pools are full, the water guns are loaded, and the water balloons are primed and ready for all out war!!

Come celebrate the best parts of summer with us.

Sunday We’ll have water guns, kiddie pools, and eco-friendly water balloons. Dress to get wet and bring your favorite water weapons. Feel free to buy out those Hawaiian shirts for both parties.

We’ll post the general water fight rules on stories.

It’s gonna be a great late summer weekend! Come party with us!

Sky Daddy, West Coast IPA cans are back in stock, just in time for another hot weekend.

In addition to having some hyper-fresh West Coast IPA available we also have our Cambodian Cookout this Saturday featuring food by Horse and Tiger and Cam BBQ as well as live music.

It’s another crushing weekend at Diebolt.
