To ensure this commitment of quality, we’ve partnered with Chris Quartuccio of Blue Island Shellfish Farms in Long Island, NY to bring you nearly daily shipments of seasonal oysters and seafood, offering favorites such as Steamed Mussels, Lobster Rolls, Clam Chowder, Crab Cakes, and fish like halibut, Icelandic cod, and salmon, to name a few. Our food items are complemented by a well-rounded bar menu with craft cocktails, a great wine list and thoughtful beer selection.

ARTICLE: Not every “coastal” restaurant is actually connected to the coast. This one is. At Blue Island Oyster Bar and Seafood, the story starts in Great South Bay, where the oysters are grown, harvested, and sent directly from our farm to Denver. No middleman. No guesswork. Just complete control from dock to dish.

Are there challenges behind making this work? Sure! Weather, logistics, rising costs. All of it. But that’s also what makes it worth it.

Stone crab season is wrapping up, and this is your final shot. This Friday and Saturday only, we’re bringing in the last of the claws. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. Sweet. Chilled. Cracked and ready.
