I don’t BElieve in coincidences but instead there is magic and messages happening around us all the time to get us to search deeper within ourselves, take notice, form a new perspective or to touch us.

Attending a pre celebration of life party yesterday has me contemplating & simply reviewing a life…a life that I very much desire to live and love bravely in while I’m here in physical form.

Getting hearts on your clean eats which includes the BEst chicken ceasar wrap with cashew Ceasar dressing. Oh and that house made tortilla wrap 🤤 And have I mentioned that I am utterly addicted to our house Strawberry Lemonade? I am. Scarily so.

Ps. Yes the chicken ceasar wrap includes raw Parmesan but you can make it dairy free and sub almond “feta”. The rest is GF, seed oil free etc

Our signature almond butter cookies (that taste like toffee!) on either side of yummy dairy free vanilla bean ice cream by Sweet Izzy Ice Cream is the ice cream Sammie that you can definitely have despite food sensitivities.

Oh and in 97 degree weather I’m sure a meteorologist like Kylie Bearse would agree that it’s a necessity to stay cool. 😎

Gluten/dairy sensitive or not this is truly the BEst ice cream Sammie you’ve ever had.
