Customers are loving our NEW ✨Bliss- French Toast Sliders✨ — Almond Flour Toast, Egg, Bacon or Sausage, Maple, Toasted Coconut. It's the JBK version of a McGriddle from the Golden Arches except this is the JBK "M"indful Mouthful (see what I did there...McDonald's "arches" as an "M" for Mindful...come on, go with me here. It's good. Not as good as the BLISS Sliders though - go get this Mindful Mouthful on this BEautiful weekend for brunch!

Just BE Kitchen has expanded to a THIRD location, this time in Boulder! If you haven't already, make sure to visit them and indulge in their 100% gluten-free menu. From breakfast options to delicious desserts and a variety of entrees, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, they just extended their hours until 8 pm daily.

FREE BROWNIE. I know, I know, it's not BElievable. But it's true - the first 100 people to make a purchase at our Grand Opening in Boulder on the 13th March (opening hours from 8am to 8pm) will receive a free GF Just BE Kitchen brownie. If that's not enough to make you leave the house, ditch the office (sorry bosses, sorry), leave you spouse and kids (desperate measures for brownies), get out of the gym class (it's a GF, DF, Refined Sugar Free Brownie people) or get out lunch with the in-laws (and this is a GREAT reason!), then maybe the Burrito Meal Deal will also BE enough of a reason!

Also...it's our first night open for dinner (We'll be open till 8pm!) and then open until 8pm nightly after that. Throughout the day will be samples of other items, raffle prizes from amazing businesses (see tags!) and more. See you there and the only rule is NO pushing or shoulder-checking others for the brownie. X###x

COMMUNITY RUCK HIKE & PICNIC. Nothing is BEtter than some Colorado skies, a good trail, a GORUCK and a picnic with nourishment! All three will BE going down on the 30th March! Ruck with me - weight is optional but I encourage you to try one of my GORUCKS if you don't have one of your own - and give rucking a try. After rucking on Independence Trail at Pence Park, we'll picnic together at the top with some great views & nourishing Just BE Kitchen wraps and desserts. This is a great opportunity to give rucking a try if you're curious (Think Zone 2 cardio, gaining strength, increasing metabolic flexibility) all the while having fun with a great group of humans. TEFF FLOUR. For the first time ever we have introduced an ancient grain on a permanent menu item! You can now choose "Teff Flour Toast" on our loved SIMPLICITY 2-Egg Plate! Teff Flour is an ancient grain that comes from Ethiopia and is completely 100% Gluten Free. And don't worry, this grain option is well marked on the menu in case grains don't agree with you! I personally love the "rye-like" taste and sweetness of this toast and it's been a much more popular addition than we anticipated!

🌞🍽️ Fuel your day with two eggs, sweet potato hash, and your choice of protein as well as a choice of a tortilla or the new Teff Flour toast. Plus, for our W30 friends, you can swap out the bread for a delicious chili option. 🌶️👌
