We always try to source the best products and the salmon we bring in is no exception!

We have been fortunate to work with the best Copper River Salmon for many years. Paul and JP have even been able to visit them in Cordova, Alaska.

Recently Chef Kenny and the kitchen team created this gorgeous dish
