A little change can make a meaningful difference. 💛

This month, when you Round Up at Olive & Finch, your spare change will support the Rose Andom Center, which provides free, comprehensive support and resources to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Their survivor-centered services help people find a path toward safety, healing, and support, because everyone deserves to feel safe and heard.

Next time you stop in, round up your total and help us support this important work in our community.

Our setup might be a little unconventional, but there’s intention behind it.

Our service model helps us invest more in our people through training, growth opportunities, competitive wages, and benefits. So, yeah, we may ask you to bus your table, but it's so our team can have access to health care.
