WE’RE GETTING A SIGN!!! And it’s kind of a big deal to us. We’ve been here and there and what feels like everywhere, so having a permanent location with a sign really solidifies things and makes this all feel real. Over 20,000 people drive down Colfax everyday and will see us proudly representing vegan. With this big moment happening, we’d like say again how much we appreciate you supporting us through everything. 💜 Just one more week until we open the doors for you!

IT’S OFFICIAL. 💜 Say hello to VEGAN VAN ON COLFAX.

After 10 years of food trucking, moving, growing, pivoting, rebuilding, and figuring it out along the way, we finally have a place to call home. And when it came time to decide what that home should be called, we asked you.

We read your comments. We counted your votes. We listened to the people who have supported Vegan Van through every version of us. And this one just felt right.

Vegan Van on Colfax. Still Vegan Van. Still us. Just finally, permanently, somewhere.

Thank you to everyone who voted, shared ideas, debated names with us, and helped us make this decision. We’re so grateful you wanted to be part of it.

Now there’s only one thing left to do…OPEN THE DOORS. 💜 And we’re working non stop to make that happen! More updates to come.

See you on Colfax soon!
