New sandwich 🚨! We’ve got a new rotator up in Boulder - The Alpine. Bresaola (super lean, high protein, low fat beef prosciutto), house-made sun dried tomato pesto, house-made garlic aioli, fresh ricotta cheese, and arugula dressed with evoo, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper. Served, as always, on our fresh ciabatta from City Bakery. Yummm!
