A gorgeous Agnolitti del Plin special with Maple Leaf Farm duck confit, cacio e pepe, and pomegranate starting tonight and for the next few days and ESPECIALLY for our BAROLO NIGHT TOMORROW!

We will be hosting the wonderfully talented Daniele Conterno to highlight three gorgeous Barolos for tasting flights and btg specials, all evening tomorrow, Thursday, May 7. Full menu available otherwise and the chance to chat with the winemaker himself while enjoying some of the best wine out of Italy, including special release single vineyard, back-vintage bottles.

Sweetest little pasta stamps
Stuffed with cheese 'n' dates
Cower under heated lamps
Awaiting fretful fates

They cuddle wisps of tender pig
Amidst a dust of cheese
A fearful future looming big
With sense of sharp unease

With tender rounds of slender green
They share a glossy sea
And murmur thoughts of things unseen
And what may come to be

With whispered thoughts of creatures,
They tell tales from past their pond
Of vivid awful features
Peering in from just beyond

The porcelain horizon which
Defined their cozy world
About to be at last unstitched,
Their destinies unfurled

Their boat whisked up, a sloshing sea
A breeze of tense night air
With clunk of warm ceramic
They then uttered their last prayer

Through cacophony of clinking
It all became quite clear
Last hopes were sharply sinking
All was worse than their worst fear

Great giants looming, gazing down
While grunting "oohs" and "ahs"
With gaping grins of ghastly clowns
And outstretched metal claws

"This smells delicious", a deep voice boomed
"Let's eat" another croaked
Then clanging claws came crashing down
Their hunger's fire was stoked

With swoop of glistened silver
With a stab of shining tines
Those little stamps all quivered
And began to lose their minds

The mashing sharp incisors
Marked those monsters' cheerful sin
While desperate pasta cries were
Lost among the dining din

I won't regale you full detail
It was a horrid scene
Where scattered cheese 'n' date entrails
Gave smacking lips a sheen

As Charon tallied final sums
For fallen pasta friends
They passed beyond with echoed, "Yum,
Let's order those again!"

A little refresh on one of my more unhinged old to celebrate this fantastically delicious revisit to one of our favorite pastas for our NEW SPRING MENU!

Adorable little raviolini filled with triple cream Robiola cheese and dates, with aged Prosciutto di Parma and CO asparagus, all in a lovely little butter pan sauce.

Tonight's pasta special: Pappardelle Ripiene!

Spirals of fresh pasta layered with roasted local mushrooms, our own ricotta, and aged Parm, decadent b***o bianco (butter, sherry, Parm, etc), and dollops of one of our favorite cows milk triple creams from Burgundy. Killer.

Sold like nuts last night to total raves, Monday team has been crushing it recently. How about discount Barolo to go with it??

CO lamb chop and sirloin crusted with chaat masala, served with artichokes confit with the addicting Andhra tomato (now finally available to order/take home!!), caramelized cipollini onions, beluga lentils, and agrodolce.

Plus new desserts with the return of our amaro-choxilate cheesecake! Also you'll probably need to get the new ricotta-bombolini donuts filled with lemon curd, with rhubarb compote and fresh vanilla gelato melting over??

There lived a bright young Berkshire pig
Who through the cool-aired night
Tossed and turned while his mind churned -
He pained from his bed's bite

No matter how he fluffed and formed
His cot of mud and straw
Still any shape would scratch and scrape
Against his aching jaw

He grumbed to his snoozing crew
"Dear kin, how can you rest?"
I must emplore, we ask for more!
We pigs deserve the best!"

One cracked an eye with his reply
"Hey kid, get back to sleep
Simple swine need not things fine
So best not whine and weep"

He simply sighed then stepped outside
And sniffed the morning's breeze
That breath begot a budding thought
A moment to be seized...

He nudged the gate and scampered down
And budged the creaking door
And in that weathered shed he found
Stacked ceiling to the floor

Woven sacks stuffed to the gills
With flour of winter wheat
'Now from this perfect pillow pile
My bed will be complete!'

He waddled up and set his hooves
And clamped his ample jaws
On straining seam of lowest sack
And gave this pull his all

If squinting eyes in greatest strain
Had peeked one bit above
He'd perhaps avoid the waiting fate
Teetering thereof

One sec too late he heard the creak
Of leaning flour-y tower
With jaw flung wide, he choked a cry
And met his final hour

Below that Durum pillow pile
He found his final rest
And sweetly slept for once, at last
And grumbled no protest

The Malai Kofta Gnocchi returns, for Happy Hour today and tomorrow!

One of the chef Reddy's all-time hits blending Italian technique with this Mughlai comfort-classic - subtly spiced gnocchi in a rich cashew, dried fruit, and spice-laden cream sauce, with toasted cashews, paper thin onion, and cilantro to garnish.

Just for today and tomorrow and if you join us at the bar from 5-6:30, you can enjoy a HH portion for just $12! It will be available as our pasta special otherwise for those who want to join at a table.
