trees are assembled prior to being sent to our guests. The Chef will get to understand your likes and preferences then transform your evening into a full sharable Culinary experience, starting with an appetizer, teaser salad, entree and complemented with an exquisite desert. Jack’s will be featuring a custom wood fired grill using a mixture of Oak and Pecan Wood. We feel that this method of cooking enhances the flavor profile of the product. Speciality Brunch on Saturday’s and Sunday’s will feature some delectable menu offerings accompanied by fresh brewed Illy coffee, lattes, espresso, cold brew and our featured spiced cold brew. On the spirits side we will feature mimosas, bloody mary’s and bloody marias. Inspired by my late father, Jack Lockton, our goal is to bring new American food that is true to its Midwestern heritage, in an upscale friendly environment. Jack was passionate about combining family, friendship, and camaraderie with great food and wine. We are confident friends will become family as you make new memories with us. The late Jack Lockton founded Lockton Companies in 1966 in Kansas City, Missouri, and opened the company’s first regional office in Denver in 1979. Since then, Lockton Companies has become the world’s largest privately held insurance brokerage firm with offices across the globe and is known for its client-focused culture and being an employer of choice. Jack Lockton was passionate, energetic, and loved by all, and unfortunately passed from pancreatic cancer in 2004.

Patience is a virtue, and it tastes a lot like Dry Aged Ora King Salmon. 🐟✨
​We’ve taken the "Wagyu of the sea" to the next level. Dry aging intensifies the richness and perfects the skin crisp, served alongside a bright corn succotash and an earthy black shiitake cream. We finish it with a drizzle of chili oil for heat, balsamic caviar for a pop of acid, and toasted sesame for that nutty crunch.
