Okay y’all real talk WE’RE JUST TRYING OUR BEST
Sooo much negativity in the reviews lately, we need to address it all.
(but if you have recently posted a good review THANK YOU you are literally the only reason we exist)

-High prices? Heard. Although coffee tariffs and egg/dairy prices have fluctuated GREATLY, we’ll go through our items and refine prices as much as we can. Please keep in mind that we are literally just a small tiny business, trying to compete with @/firstwatch and @/starbucks across the street.
-Inconsistency? Heard. Although we are training an entire new staff at the moment, it’s not an excuse for an inconsistent product. We will *always* remake a drink if you receive it and it’s not up to your standards. We would rather that than you go bash us on google 😙
-Hard to find? Heard. Although we literally have it on our website/social media/maps info with photos and links on how to locate, we are actively working with the office building to get more apparent signage on Parker Rd - in addition to the current monument sign at the turn in on Harvard Rd (just follow your maps and trust it I promise), current patio overhead signage above front door, front door entrance signage, and side entrance through the revolving door of the main office building.
Trust, I read *all* the reviews. Even if I don’t have the time to respond, the issues are immediately brought up with my staff and we try our best to improve immediately.
