A5 Steakhouse is proud to be recognized in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Colorado.
We’ve always believed a great steakhouse should take the classics seriously without taking itself too seriously. And we’re particularly proud of what MICHELIN had to say about our namesake Denver steak:
“The Denver steak does its namesake proud, with anterior chuck from Blackhawk Farms, KY, flawless technique and taste that warrant a return visit.”
“Flawless technique and taste” has a pretty nice ring to it.
This recognition belongs to the entire A5 team, from the kitchen to the dining room, who put an incredible amount of craft, knowledge and hospitality into every service.
We’re also raising a glass to our CCG family at Ash’Kara and Mister Oso, both once again recognized with MICHELIN Bib Gourmands.
Three CCG restaurants in the 2026 Guide. We’ll drink to that.
