Visit our five Denver locations for intentionally-sourced, chef-inspired and scratch-prepared food that is both nourishing and delicious. Founded in 2013 by Denver native Mary Nguyen, Olive & Finch is a fine-casual neighborhood restaurant combining the culinary quality of a chef-driven kitchen with the ease of a quick-service spot. Inspired by Mary’s own health journey and the sacred "Sunday Tables" of her childhood, Olive & Finch was built on a simple promise: real, wholesome food, thoughtfully prepared from scratch, and served with genuine warmth. Whether you’re stopping in for morning coffee and breakfast burritos, catching a quick business lunch, gathering for weekend brunch, dining before a show, or unwinding with daily happy hour specials at our full bar, we’re here to nourish your body and anchor your day.
