Steady Smoking BBQ & Hot dog cart is a Mobile food cart serving all beef hot dogs,hot links, polish sausages, nachos Frito pies as well as awesome smoked meats for sandwiches or nacho and Frito pie toppings. We are available for catering, fundraisers and any other event that has hungry people who enjoy affordable food truck type meals.

Got the Traverse back from the body shop yesterday. Couldn't be more happy with the work. The whole right side rear quarter panel had to be replaced along with some metal work into the rear door. They did a complete interior detail along with the buffing and waxing of the paint.

Hello, welcome to the page,It's been a while. We are happy to announce we will be back in vending business again in 2022. Covid restrictions are easing up, my back surgery was a super success and my recovery has been phenomenal. We are looking forward to seeing you all at games, fairs, festivals, school and corporate events this coming year.

Hello and thanks for stopping by. Our Food Cart is currently closed due to Covid-19 restrictions on fairs, festivals and corporate events.
Catering is also closed down temporarily as I physically heal from back surgery. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year, be safe out there and hopefully we will be back in business for Spring 2021!!

Hey hey hey... Look who's back from hibernation to start scheduling events for the fun and fantastic year of 2020!!
We are in the process of making a few small additions to the cart for our multi day events to make sure we can keep the music playing. ALL day & ALL night and still no noisy generator needed!

This Memorial Day weekend, Steady Smoking BBQ - Concessions & Catering will be taking a step back from the slinging and catering to remember what it’s truly about. To those that gave their all so that we may be afforded the freedoms of living in the United States of America, our brothers and sisters, we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. While we know this will never be enough, we will ensure we never take your sacrifices for granted.
