Just had the most unforgettable evening at Margot’s chef’s counter—an intimate eight-seat setup where you can watch (and chat with) Chef Justin Fulton as he and the team craft your meal course by course. We embarked on an evolving 12‑course tasting journey that celebrated the seasonal bounty and global flavors of Colorado. Highlights? The foie gras tart was wildly inventive and remains one of our top bites—purely unforgettable. The gnocchi and arancini were also big crowd-pleasers, comforting and creative all at once. If you’re looking for a culinary experience that’s interactive, elevated, and downright memorable, put this at the top of your list. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend it.

Stay Tuned Brewing will be opening later this Summer at 5127 W 64th Ave in Arvada. They bill themselves as a place to kick back, shoot the breeze, nerd out on tv, music, & movies, and enjoy tasty brews. Sounds like a great time.

Wok Spicy, a new concept from the owners of Taki Sushi, is now open at 3021 S Broadway in Englewood. They took over the former Twin Dragon location (a restaurant staple in the area for over 47 years). They offer a wide range of Sichuan specialties and typical American Chinese options. They even serve wine, beer, sake and a lineup of cocktails that including a Mai Tai and a Peach Cosmo. Yum!

SportyPickle is now open in Englewood at 8640 S Peoria Street. They are a great spot for fun, food and friends. They not only have a wide selection of food and drinks but indoor Pickleball courts with court-side service, darts, co****le, and more. They also have TVs to catch your favorite team. Sounds like the spot you may have been searching for this Saturday afternoon!
