A progressive American steakhouse, EDGE Restaurant is led by Executive Chef Simon Purvis, who sources local products and seasonal produce. Injecting excitement into the typical dining experience, EDGE offers Colorado-ranched beef and other prime cuts seared to perfection over a pecan wood-fired grill. For small events and intimate dining, EDGE offers three smartly-designed, glassed-in private dining areas, one featuring a chef's table experience with views into the state-of-the-art kitchen. The adjacent and lively EDGE Bar, with its "see and be seen" reputation, mimics the restaurant menu with gourmet small plates, such as Steak Asado. EDGE offers complimentary valet parking for all restaurant guests. EDGE Bar valet parking pricing: 0-4 hours=$20; 4-8 hours=$28
