Gluten-free at Marco’s Coal Fired is something we’ve spent years getting right.

From our hand-mixed dough made with premium gluten-free flour from Naples, to separate prep spaces, dedicated tools, and a completely separate oven, every step is intentional.

It’s how we deliver a crust that’s soft, chewy, and as close to traditional as it gets. And it doesn’t stop at pizza — with gluten-free wings, salads, and more, there are plenty of options to enjoy when you dine with us.
