Hops & Pie takes pride in serving local Colorado craft beer, but we also serve craft beer from all over the nation and the world. Try our artisan pie of the month, or make your own pizza with our fresh toppings. We also offer wheat and gluten free crust, and have a myriad of vegan and vegetarian toppings, as well as other vegan and vegetarian dishes on our menu. As great as our pizzas are, we also

offer other options, like our IPA Mac & Cheese, Chipotle Mango Carnitas Tacos, fresh salads, and delicious sandwiches. Also, make sure to join us for happy hour Tuesday – Friday from 3:00 – 6:30 p.m.

Five beers on tap this week that are definitely worth your time this week 🍻

SIP OF SUNSHINE | LAWSON'S FINEST LIQUIDS | WAITSFIELD, VT | 8%
Lawson's built its reputation on this beer. Mango, grapefruit and a soft floral lift come through before any bitterness does, and it drinks far lighter than the number next to it suggests.

LITTLE ITALY | WESTBOUND & DOWN | IDAHO SPRINGS, CO | 3.5%
An Italian-style pilsner scaled down for a long afternoon. Sterling and Saaz give it lemongrass and a floral snap, and you can put away a couple alongside a whole pie without it catching up to you.

KUMO (2026) | BLOCK 15 BREWING COMPANY | CORVALLIS, OR | 4.5%
Rice brewed in with the pilsner malt dries this one all the way out. What's left is delicate and floral with a bright white head and a finish that snaps clean — the closest thing on the board to a great Japanese lager.

DAISY CUTTER | HALF ACRE BEER COMPANY | CHICAGO, IL | 5.2%
The benchmark American pale ale, and a beer plenty of brewers will tell you they're chasing. Dank and resinous up front, citrus in the middle, gone by the time you set the glass down.

TINY ESSES | PRAIRIE ARTISAN ALES | KREBS, OK | 5.9%
Prairie made a sour ale with Skittles in it, and it tastes exactly like you'd hope. Candied fruit, real pucker, and enough going on that an 8oz is plenty.

Pro tip: three-ounce pours exist for a reason if you want to sample before you commit.
