Meet Jennie (if you haven't already!)💛

If you’ve ever ordered cookies from The Flour Shop, there’s a 99% chance Jennie had a hand in it. From late nights and early mornings in the kitchen to carting massive boxes of cookies (even 9 months pregnant) to our wholesale customers, she keeps this business running every single day.

And now, she’s about to welcome baby boy #2 in just a couple of weeks!

Jennie will be stepping away for maternity leave soon, and while we are SO excited for her and her growing family, things around here may look a little different while she’s out. Our amazing team will be holding things down with a skeleton crew, so we appreciate your patience, kindness, and support more than ever during this season.

Cookie Cakes have been selling like crazy lately!

We have no idea what's driving the demand for cookie cakes, but we're loving it!

Cookie Cakes are so FUN! They are obviously delicious but they are also visually such a fun addition to any celebration.

We've got some great flavor combos to choose from like Kitchen Sink (with peanut butter buttercream), Snickerdoodle (with Nutella buttercream), Ginger Molasses (with vanilla buttercream) and Chocolate (with vanilla buttercream). These are all in addition to our classic Chocolate Chip cookies cake with vanilla buttercream (also available GF)!

We know there is A LOT to celebrate this week (hello Teacher Appreciation & Mother's Day!) but we can't let this week go by without also acknowledging that it's also National Nurses Week!

Nurses are the heart and soul of medicine. Thank you for what you do, day in and day out. We know the work is heavy sometimes, and we’re grateful for the people carrying it. 💜

If you're into a cookie that is not too sweet and has some elevated & interesting flavor characteristics, you've got to try this Citrus Earl Grey Shortbread cookie.

Buttery shortbread infused with Earl Grey tea and studded with bits of candied orange peel for a bright & zesty finish. We are loving this one in the shop!

Very small batch so don't wait to order 🍊✨

Okay... we had to try it 👀

Peanut butter + Cheez-Its… we’ve been seeing it everywhere (ahem, TikTok), so naturally we jumped on the trend and gave it The Flour Shop treatment.

Naturally, they're delicious. Whoever thought of the peanut butter and cheddar combo, chefs kiss!! (and like… don’t knock it till you try it 😂)
