Fantastic rental investment and/or second home on a really great island in Belize! Lived and cooked a lot in the front, 1bd rental for 6mos during pandemic! Great craftsmanship by the owners and rooftop/outdoor entertaining area is epic!

Getting closer to the reality of The Naked Cajun, packaged meals moving out of our new commissary very, very soon!!! Will be taking orders really soon so please inquire, especially if you are interested in weekly or monthly orders proactively. We are more than excited to build meals for you to eat right away or store in your freezer and have ready for your upcoming family gatherings, weekend getaways, sporting events with friends and just any old night you don't care to prepare a full meal. Throw in a pot and heat up, it's really that simple!

*** Chicken & Andouille Sausage Gumbo - 25 Qt | 90 Gal
-Boneless chicken thighs, spicy andouille sausage,
multiple Cajun seasonings simmered in chicken stock.

*** Trois Porc Jambalaya - 25 Qt | 90 Gal
-Three pork meats with roasted pork butt, seasoned pork
sausage, smoked pork tasso, in a southwest cajun sauce
cooked with rice.

*** Crawfish Étouffée - 30 Qt | 110 Gal
-Peeled Louisiana crawfish tails simmered in a smothered sauce
of onion, bell peppers, celery, garlic, cayenne pepper and
served over rice.

*** Home Made Potato Salad - 8 Qt
-Boiled potatoes and eggs blended with mayonnaise, mustard
and Cajun seasonings.

*** White Rice - FREE Quart with Gumbo or Étouffée Meals

Quart: Feeds 2-4 | Gallon: Feeds 8-16

Drawing a quite bit of interest during our pandemic, so would like to help build quick, Cajun influences lunches in dinners that are ready to eat, or frozen and just heat up for a family dinner!
