Look what I found!
30 years ago, it was our second voyage to Italy 🇮🇹 with Barolo grill staffers & I took this picture with a tripod & real film (the only choices those days & look at these 90’s jeans!!👖 haha!🤣) This picture was published in the & Barolo Grill was just barely 3years old at the time. Since then we have taken so many people & made so many connections happen through our excursions. I fell in love with food & w**e & service to others early in those days, I feel so blessed to keep bringing our magic to those around us as we ready up to embark on the 31st anniversary of our inaugural voyage this upcoming summertime ahead! This year we will set off to the hills of the Alto Adige for the first part of our excursions, then traverse off to the rice fields of Vercelli for Risotto, diving into the majestic capital of Torino for magical restaurant moments, and then to finish with a climax into the Barolo w**e regions. We have our stops along the way and 6 of the chefs on this amazing 2026 tour, we are bound for a culinary extravaganza that will be unique as always to the incredible story we tell at our home here 🙌🍷🔥🫶 stay tuned for more…..

Our classic vanilla bean panna cotta is inspired by a restaurant in the hillside town of Monforte d’Alba in Barolo. Served with fresh berries and seasonal fruit, this sweet treat has been a favorite of both guests and staff alike for over 15 years.

Inspired by one of Chef’s favorite bites from a staff trip to Italy! Thinly sliced Colorado buffalo carpaccio layered over a bed of Esoterra mixed greens dressed in a basil vinaigrette, finished with mozzarella, bagna cauda and little savory gnocco fritto.

Join us for an unforgettable w**emaker dinner with Daniele Conterno on Wednesday, May 6th at 6:00 pm!

Daniele Conterno is a 4th generation w**emaker from Piedmont, Italy, known for crafting elegant, age-worthy Barolo and Barbera w**es that showcase the region’s rich heritage. He is dedicated to respecting his family’s traditional style of w**emaking, while continuing to elevate the quality of the w**es with modern techniques.

We’ll start the night with Daniele’s metodo classico style sparkling Nebbiolo and beautiful Langhe Nascetta. We will then compare a number of his classic and cru Barolos from five star vintages like 21’, 19’, and 16’. We hope you’ll join us for a wonderful evening of Piemontese w**e and food.
