Heads up, neighbors: Satchel's is closed to the public this Friday 9/25 and Saturday 9/26. The whole room is booked for private events both nights.

We're back Tuesday 9/29 at 5 PM with the full menu, the bar, and the last of the summer plates before fall takes over. Next week is wide open, so grab your table now: satchelson6th.com/reservations

Want the room for your own night? Birthdays, rehearsal dinners, milestone dinners, a party for 50 on East 6th. Private dining in Denver is what we do. DM us to start planning.

Send this to whoever was planning to drag you here this weekend so nobody shows up to a locked door.

We're hiring servers and bartenders.

Satchel's is locally owned, and everything comes out of our own kitchen. The menu moves with the season, and the room is full most nights. Tuesday through Saturday, dinner only — no lunches, no brunch, and you're home at a decent hour.

We're looking for people who know this industry and genuinely like people. You can read a table, you're quick on your feet, and you care whether someone's night goes well. Experience helps; wanting to be good at it helps more.

DM us here, or send a resume to [email protected].

Know someone who'd be right for this room? Send this to them — that's how the best people find us.

Customer Appreciation Night is this Sunday — and it's on us. 🌮

We're parking a taco truck out front, opening the full bar, and saying thank you to the neighborhood that's kept this room full for 20 years. Tacos are free, first come, first served.

It's open seating — no reservations, no list. If we talked, or you're on the waitlist, just show up. Come hang before we run out.

Colorado peaches only show up for a few weeks, so we put them somewhere you can’t miss them.

Come try our new seasonal dish: grilled Colorado peach over cold burrata, pickled Colorado apricots, summer cherries, a cool peach gazpacho, and marcona almond crumble with torn mint. It is sweet, a little smoky, a little tart—summer on a plate for as long as the season lets us.

Forward this to whoever you would split it with, and come get it before the peaches are gone.

You can make a reservation at satchelson6th.com/reservations

Colorado corn is just starting to come in, and the first of it landed right where it belongs — over the steak. Charred sweet corn and blistered peppers, chimichurri, crispy smashed potatoes. Scratch-made, cooked over fire, plated the way we like it: honest and generous. It's a short handful of weeks where corn tastes like this, so we build the menu around it while it lasts. Tag who you'd pull up a chair with — then book the table: satchelson6th.com/reservations
