After moving out of their building, co-owner Whitney Ariss said, they plan to start The Preservery Foundation, which will feed those in need.

We always have and always will advocate for a higher minimum wage.

Restaurants knew an increase was coming in 2023 but the 9% seems shocking to some as Denver’s minimum wage goes to $17.29 and Colorado’s to $13.68. But others say wages have not kept up with inflation.

Hospitality Staff: SERVER / BARTENDER (PT)

Position Summary: Hospitality staff members work as a collaborative team with the hospitality manager to provide the best dining experience possible to all of our guests.

Success Patterns: The ideal candidate for this position...
Has 5+ years of previous experience in a restaurant (knowledge of local food, beer & spirits is a big plus!)
Must be able to walk, stoop, kneel, and stand through shift and carry, lift or move 25 lbs
Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
Has obtained Food Handler's certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
Has received TIPS training (or willing to receive upon hire)
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including late nights and weekends - open availability on weekends is a must

Passionate about offering great hospitality

•Prep/cook/deliver all menu items according to established standards and vision
•Ensure that all menu items meet quality and presentation standards
•Help to develop new menu items and work to improve existing recipes in collaboration with Chef
•Hospitality through knowledgeable, friendly and genuine service to both customers and team members
•Follow all systems of organization, cleanliness and sanitation, waste efficiency, ingredient efficiency, creativity, profitability and safety.
