We're honored to have been part of the Denver restaurant community for 18 years, and to have shared so many memories with our diners over the years. From our tiny five-person kitchen emerged some of Denver's most talented chefs, and from our dining room flowed countless celebrations and cherished moments. As our GM Tara Marcellus said, "You don't really realize how many lives you've touched until they're begging to come back in for one more dinner."

For just over two years, Executive Chef has added his own chapter to Fruition's culinary legacy. Since joining us in August 2022, Jarred's dedication to exceptional ingredients and technique has built upon our traditions while making each dish his own.

“The little restaurant that could”.

After 18 incredible years, I’ve made the bittersweet decision to close the doors of Fruition. What began as a dream in our tiny kitchen on 6th Avenue grew into something far beyond what I could have imagined.

To every single person who's ever tied on an apron in our humble kitchen or spent time on the floor - from our day one warriors and , to our current leader , and every passionate and talented cook in between - you've poured your hearts into making Fruition special night after night. Your dedication and creativity have made this little restaurant that could into the cherished place it became.

To my family, , , and - your unwavering support has meant everything. And to .15, who gave me the courage to chase this dream in the first place - thank you for believing in this vision.

To all of our guests who've celebrated countless birthdays, anniversaries, or just a normal night out - thank you for making Fruition your home away from home. The magic of this space has always been about more than just the food; it's been about the connections made across our tables and the memories created in this dining room.

Our last day of service will be Sunday, January 12, and we’d love to see everyone in our dining room for one last celebratory meal between now and then.

While this chapter is coming to a close, the memories we've created together will live on. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Denver, for 18 unforgettable years.
