Do you eat what you bake?! I get asked this question more than I would of even thought. I guess I just thought 💭 Wait? Bakers don’t eat their own desserts?! The short answer is: YES! The long answer is: I will ALWAYS taste everything before I sell it, even if it’s my least favorite (chocolate). If I’m not confident in a requested dessert that someone request, I will also have some taste testers. For example; I had someone order a red velvet wedding cake, and like I mentioned, I do not like chocolate, so I made sure I tested everything and then I made sure 3 other people who do enjoy chocolate make sure the flavors and everything was PERFECT! Photo of proof that I eat my own desserts and maybe, sometimes it’s for breakfast.
