When it comes to symphonic death metal, it’s got everything you need! Theatrics, symphony fueled backbone/ interludes and of course….blast beats!! Literally the most “culture” you’ll get out of a live metal performance. 👌

FLESHGOD APOCALYPSE tops the list of bands crushing this genre. Hailing from Italy and surfacing in 2007, this outfit absolutely brings the heavy on every release they have put out! If you haven’t had an opportunity to have a listen start with their 2nd full length effort “Agony” and move on from there. As brutal as it is beautiful. If given the chance to catch them live, sn**ch it up. The live performance can be described as an opera from hell and is never a disappointment!

In an attempt to pay a culinary tribute to them we wanted to capture layers of delicate sweet yet savory flavors kissed with a hellish heat 🔥 (plus we couldn’t resist the pun)

Hey kids….Chiodos just dropped a new single called TAPDAT, and it’s giving us some classic Chiodos vibes 🤘

Forming in 2001 and hailing from Michigan, Chiodos brings a more techy sound to the world of Post Hardcore. Their debut full length, 2005’s “All’s Well That Ends Well” blew up almost immediately and took them on a wild Warped Tour filled ride all the way through 2014.

Being the first single they have dropped in over a decade and having original vocalist Craig Owens back on the main vox, it seems like the band is coming back full swing!

On a the North American “It’s Not You It’s Me” tour now with 156/ Silence, they are hitting Fillmore Auditorium next Thursday 7/30!! We figured it would be the perfect time to throw them some culinary love!
