It’s been FREEZING so we made some Texas style chili with organic beef, our own spice blend, and kidney beans. We’ve been cooking it since 6 this morning and it turned out really well. Come get some with cheese and scallions 🌶️

It’s officially Fall and we have some delicious butternut squash soup made from scratch. Vegan, gluten free, and made with locally grown vegetables.

Hey everyone! We are bottling our shots now- we have turmeric shots, cold booster shots, and ginger shots and they are going to be in our main fridge starting today. Like all of our juices, they will be pressed and bottled daily in Campo.

Our dark opal basil is ready for the first harvest of the season! We will have dark opal basil starting Sunday until we run out- the taste is fruity and almost creamy. It doesn’t have the same peppery bite that Thai or Italian basil have but it is just as aromatic.

Happy Friday Denver! This summer we started a huge organic garden at home and we’re slowly going to start serving herbs and produce that we grow ourselves. Today we harvested our first Campari tomato! Enough for 1/3 of a Caprese sandwich! Up next: dark opal basil!

Good morning Denver!! Starting today we are going to be serving cold brew coffee, hot drip coffee, hot tea, iced tea, and matcha/turmeric lattes. We’re getting really awesome beans from Stumptown Coffee Roasters- come check it out!

Summer-y weather calls for Summer-y food- come try our new salad special: homemade Palisade peach vinaigrette, organic spinach, goat cheese, strawberry, blueberry, chopped apple, sliced almonds, and pickled red onion.

Hi Denver! Today and this weekend we will be making our vegan butternut squash soup every morning. We chop up fresh butternut squash, carrot, celery, and onion and cook it down with our homemade organic vegetable stock. We blend it all with some sautéed ginger, garlic, fresh sage, and fresh rosemary. It is GOOD! There is no cream, no butter, just a little extra virgin olive oil and coconut butter.
